Born and educated in Pensacola, FL., Sam graduated Summa Cum Laude from Harding University in 1979 with a B.S. degree in Business Management. He followed his B.S. with an MBA from Tennessee Tech. Sam went on to earn a Masters Degree in Financial Services.
Sam began his career with MetLife as a financial services representative advancing into various management positions during his past thirty years in the Tri-Cities area.
He has set many company and industry sales records, qualifying for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table seven times. He has held various officer positions in many of the local professional organizations, such as NAIFA and the Estate Planning Council.
Sam resides in Kingsport, TN with wife Pam, where they are active in church and missionary work. They have 3 children and 4 grand-children.

A native-born Texan, Michael graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering. He followed his B.S. with an MBA from University of Memphis, CFP designation, and ChFC.
Michael began his career in manufacturing before moving into financial planning, which makes his approach more analytical than most. He has held various leadership positions in many organizations, and has most recently served as President for the Bristol Morning Rotary.
Michael conducts a bi-weekly financial radio show on WKPT, 1400 AM on Wednesday mornings.
Michael resides in Johnson City, TN with wife Donna, where they actively lead in their local church. Sam and Michael teach a retirement course that rotates among a couple of local colleges.

Jordan was born in Bristol, TN. Shortly after high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he was a military police officer stationed in Texas and Montana. After returning home, Jordan worked for several years at the local veteran’s hospital before becoming a financial advisor. He now lives in Bluff City, TN with his wife Megan.
Jordan earned his degree from King University and is currently seeking his CFS Certified Fund Specialist designation.
Growing up in east Tennessee, my parents worked hard to provide for my brother and I while being honorable stewards of God's provisions. As teenagers our father unexpectedly passed away, leaving our family with worry and doubts about finances. During this difficult time God led us to a financial advisor who guided us through challenging circumstances and decisions. Such circumstances helped me realize at an early age my desire to serve others. I began by serving in the military and later at the local veteran’s hospital before becoming a financial advisor. To begin this journey together, we offer you a two hour complimentary consultation. This provides both of us the opportunity to determine if we are a “match” for working together. We want you to be comfortable with the process; therefore, you set the pace.

Just like your medical doctor, we also make a thorough examination of your “financial health” prior to providing a prescription. Prescriptions in our business represent solutions to problems uncovered during your financial exam. Just as you would expect your doctor to make proper discovery through a detailed examination, you can expect our advisors to approach your planning with similar detailed fact gathering.
At the conclusion of our complimentary fact-gathering sessions, we will recap what we grasp to be your life goals and what you hope to get out of the planning process. We will then present our fee schedule for the financial plan development.
After gathering details during your “financial check up,” we analyze the data using the latest technology along with our years of education and experience. A Financial Plan is then generated addressing up to ten areas of financial concerns.
Having completed the in-depth analysis, we then present our findings which are unique to you. We also tailor solutions to meet your goals. As investment advisors, our loyalties are to you, our valued client.
We expect, at a minimum, to meet with you annually for a review and any course corrections as we proceed. We will continue to guide you towards your ultimate destination.
